Actually, no. Since the folks here post a link to someone's web page or other site, they aren't in violating the copyright. The site that has the posted tech drawing is in violation possibly. As with bikebandit.com, I would think they have purchased the right to post the tech drawings. In another web site posted in one of these questions, I doubt they have. But it's their violation not ours or this web site's.
But if everyone here started helping you post the tech drawing on your web site, then that's a different situation.
